Welcome to the Model Home Village at Pleasant Valley... our village of completely set-up, climate-controlled, furnished & decorated model homes available for your viewing pleasure. The Village is located at our office and manufacturing complex in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania. The village currently features ten model homes set-up throughout the year, three of which were just setup, finished, and open for viewing. The display of homes in the Model Home Village includes The "Briarcrest" Cape-style L-ranch home, The "Cape Bayshore" Cape Cod style home, The "Appalachian Lodge" log-sided home, and the "Catalina," "Richmond," "Winchester," and "St. Lucia" ranch style homes.

AND... Now Open for Viewing... three all-new home designs at the Model Home Village at Pleasant Valley: The "Edgewood-C," The "Farmington," and The "Clinton" ranch style homes.

Pleasant Valley also showcases four off-site model homes. All four homes are currently setup on building lots within 1-2 miles of our manufacturing facility. Home designs showcased are a beautiful new cape style home, two Victorian end-elevation two-story homes, and a full-vault cape chalet featuring authentic cedar lap siding. OFF-SITE DISPLAY HOMES

As a convenience to Pleasant Valley builders and customers, PVMHI has constructed four fully-furnished display models on residential building lots, with full basements, decks, and garages. Those who wish to view the models must check in at our front office and sign in with the sales secretary (the models are locked and unavailable with the exception of the listed times). A PVMHI representative must accompany all individuals through the model homes—no exceptions.

NOTE: PLEASANT VALLEY PERSONNEL ARE PLEASED TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PRICING. SINCE OUR HOMES ARE DELIVERED TO SUCH A VAST MARKETING AREA AND THE COST OF MANY OF THE ITEMS VARY ON LOCATION, DELIVERY CHARGES, SETUP CHARGES AND OTHER INCIDENTAL ITEMS, WE ARE UNABLE TO ANSWER ANY PRICING QUESTIONS.
