Wayne A. Fanelli is President & CEO of Pleasant Valley Homes, Inc. He has been involved in the industry nearly all of his life. Mr. Fanelli managed retail housing sales locations for many years and co-founded our Pine Grove manufactured home product in 1982. He has been active at the Pine Grove Housing Group since day one, and has served as President & CEO of the organization since 1997.
Jeff Zimmerman is the General Sales Manager of the Pine Grove factory-built (HUD Code) sales team. He also handles the Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and New England sales regions.
Ted Salamak is the General Sales Manager of the Pleasant Valley modular home product. He also handles the northern New England, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland sales regions.
Rodney Updegrave is a Regional Sales Manager, serving the New York and New Jersey territories. Rodney specializes in serving land-lease communities—both new development and re-development of older developments in highly populated areas.
Joe Heberling, also a Regional Sales Manager, serves Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, southern New England, and North Carolina markets, which are some of the fastest-growing territories in the Pleasant Valley family. Joe is a long-standing team member with a broad background in the Pleasant Valley modular product—a wealth of product knowledge that serves all of Pleasant Valley's clients well.
Shannon Williard is the Senior Sales Administrator, working across the entire sales team to assist in serving customers, acting as liaison between sales and internal production & engineering teams, and playing a key role in continual product development and marketing strategies.
