Pine Grove and Pleasant Valley homes are distributed through ones of the largest independent builder/retailer/developer organizations in the country. All of these organizations are independent business owners, free to select the best possible product on the market to make available for their customers.  Many of the builders are smaller operations, offering a more personal touch at the point of sale. Builders in the local community assist home buyers in many areas, including lot inspection, site preparation (foundations, crawlspaces, etc.) and final setup and completion of the home. All builders, retailers, and developers are completely independent of Pine Grove Homes and Pleasant Valley Homes.

    You may view Pine Grove and/or Pleasant Valley homes at any sales center that is displaying the product.  At most times, there are several models showcased at our manufacturing facilities in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania.  This facility is easily accessible off of Interstate 81.  The Pine Grove Housing Group companies are two of the few manufacturers that permit home shoppers to view model homes at the manufacturing center.  Please call for hours available, keeping in mind that weather or other factors may close model homes or alter hours of operation.

    Please Note: Although we are very pleased to show our model homes to interested parties, we do not have a dedicated sales staff as retail sales centers do.  We will do our best to answer your questions; however, in-depth product discussions are best handled through the retailer of your choice.
